Terms of use

RentRated lets tenants share honest reviews of homes they have rented, and lets people read them. You must be 18 or over to create an account. By using RentRated you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

• Only review a home you have genuinely lived in, and describe your own experience honestly.
• Don't post anything false, defamatory, abusive or discriminatory, and don't include other people's personal information (names, phone numbers, emails).
• Don't post reviews you have been paid or rewarded to write by a landlord, agent or anyone connected to the property.
• Every review is checked before it is published. We may ask you to edit a review, or decline or remove it.
• You keep ownership of your review and give us a licence to publish, summarise and display it on RentRated.

If you think a review breaks these rules, use the "Report" option on the review or email michalis@rentrated.co. We look at every report.

You earn credits when a review is approved, and may be able to buy them. Credits unlock reviews and AI overviews on RentRated. They have no cash value, can't be transferred and are lost if you delete your account. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Reviews are the opinions of individual tenants and AI summaries are generated from them. They can be incomplete or out of date, so please check important details yourself before renting.

Keep your sign-in details safe. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time in Settings & Privacy.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Contact: michalis@rentrated.co.
