RentRated

What's it actually like
to live there?

Honest reviews from real tenants — covering the things estate agents never mention.

How it works

Review your home

Share what it's really like — light, noise, heating, appliances, neighbourhood. Your identity stays private.

Earn credits & build trust

Every approved review earns up to 3 credits. Collect helpful votes from fellow renters to grow your Trust Score, shown on your reviews so readers know whose feedback to trust.

Make better decisions

Search by address, postcode or building and see honest, structured tenant feedback — not glossy listing copy.

Wish I'd known: the bedroom gets condensation from November, so budget for a dehumidifier. Repairs were quick once reported through the agent's portal.

The questions listings never answer

Is it actually bright, or just photographed well?
Does it get cold in winter or hot in summer?
How loud is the street or neighbours at night?
Are the appliances decent or falling apart?
Is the neighbourhood walkable and convenient?
Was the rent fair value for what you got?
What do long-term tenants wish they'd known?
Is the building well-managed?
